  • Ticket Buyers: Your name, email, and billing zip code when you buy a ticket.
  • Event Organizers: Your name, email, organization details, and payout information (so we can send you your ticket earnings).
  • Payment Details: We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers. All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment gateways (like Stripe or PayPal).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Generate and deliver your event tickets.
  • Help organizers manage their attendee lists.
  • Send you important updates about your events (like a venue change or cancellation).
  • Prevent fraud and keep the platform secure.

3. Who We Share Your Data With

We don't sell your data to advertisers. Period. We only share data when necessary:

  • With Event Organizers: When you buy a ticket, the organizer gets your name and email so they can check you in at the door and contact you about the event.
  • With Service Providers: Trusted partners who handle our payment processing, email delivery, and website hosting.

You have control over your data. At any time, you can:

  • Update your profile information in your account settings.
  • Opt-out of any marketing emails (we won't spam you anyway).
